The regulations are designed to ensure that land is not locked up in overseas ownership to the detriment of the country. We are experts at guiding you and we can refer you to solicitors who will help you.

You do not have to be in New Zealand for the purchase. So long as you leave a little extra time for the for the couriering of documents to your home country
